Supreme Court of Pakistan

Appeals, reviews, and Article 184(3) petitions before the apex court in Islamabad.

What we file

The Supreme Court of Pakistan sits in Islamabad as the final court of appeal and the principal constitutional court of the Federation. HighCourt.pk prepares, files, and argues:

  • Civil and criminal appeals from all High Courts
  • Petitions under Article 184(3) on questions of public importance
  • Reviews and, where the record allows, curative petitions
  • Leave to appeal and stay applications pending the main appeal
  • Constitution-bench matters referred from a smaller bench
  • Transfer and contempt applications on the Supreme Court side

A file that started in Lahore Sessions Court or the Lahore High Court does not change advocate when it reaches Islamabad. We keep the same brief, the same numbering, and a written note of the questions that will actually be heard.

Bring the High Court judgment, the certified record, and the limitation date. We will tell you whether the cleanest path is a CPLA, a direct appeal, or a petition under Article 184(3) before any fee is quoted.

Bring the FIR, plaint, or notice, the court, and the date you must meet. We will tell you the cleanest remedy before we quote a fee.
